Dr. Peng and Dr. Li are very experienced dentists, having been practicing since 2013 and 2012 respectively, and look forward to working with you and your family for many years to come! Dr. Nguyen has joined the team since 2022 and looks forward to treating our patients with the utmost care and respect. Dr. Ma joins our practice after doing 1 year post grad AEGD and is seeing patients as of March 2024.
Dr Joshua Peng, DDS
Peek Dentistry was established to offer patients in Katy personalized dental care in a modern environment. We take the time to get to know each patient, and we never want anyone to feel like they are just a name in an appointment book. We treat our patients like family because they are a part of our Peek Dentistry family!
Dr. Joshua Peng graduated from the UT Health San Antonio School of Dentistry in 2013. After practicing in a busy dental office for seven years, he gained a lot of valuable experience across the spectrum of dentistry and felt it was time to start his own practice with his own distinct vision. Dr. Peng regularly participates in continuing education courses and has extensive experience in oral diagnosis, restorative dental treatment, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery.
Dr. Peng always goes the extra mile to ensure every patient is not only treated equally and fairly, but also enjoys their experience at Peek Dentistry.
Dr. Bowen Li
Li attended Tulane University for his undergraduate, and SUNY Buffalo for dental school. He has been practicing for ten years and is fascinated by all aspects of dentistry. Dr. Li received his fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and is a proud member of the American Orthodontics Society. Each year, he dedicates a vast amount of time to completing continuing education courses to ensure that he’s always providing top-notch care. Dr. Li previously owned his own dental practice in El Paso, but loves living in the greater Houston area and is excited to be settling in the Katy area for the long term.
Dr. Vy Nguyen

We take the time to get toMy name is Dr. Vy Nguyen and I am originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. My passion for dentistry started with a part time assisting job at a local dentist office when I was 18. I obtained my BS degree from the University of New Orleans and my doctorate degree from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. I have been practicing dentistry since 2016 and love working with people in the community to improve their oral health and maintain a healthy smile. My husband and I moved to Texas in 2020, and I have loved becoming a Houstonian, almost as much as I love dentistry. know each patient, and we never want anyone to feel like they are just a name in an appointment book. We treat our patients like family because they are a part of our Peek Dentistry family!
Dr. Phianh Ma
Dr. Ma was born and raised in Houston. She attended the University of Texas at San Antonio where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She then went on to receive her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the UT Health Science Center at San Antonio. Here she gained comprehensive knowledge in cosmetic dentistry, treatment planning, and various dental procedures, preparing her to provide high-quality dental care to patients. After dental school, to expand her expertise in all aspects of dentistry she completed an Advanced Education of General Dentistry residency at Roseman University. During this time, she was able to gain valuable training from specialists including oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and endodontists. As a dentist, she treats her patients like family and gives them the best care she can. She is a current member of the ADA, TDA, GHDS. In her free time, Dr. Ma enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and walks with her dog.
